Residential Conveyancer (Remote) - Leeds

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This remote role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
