We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our Birmingham-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans independently.
- Provide consultations for minor ailments and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Clinical experience in a prescribing role.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
