We're working with a brilliant, leading international Marketing Partner, with a presence in over 35 countries, they work with the world's most iconic brands. Utilisnig intuitive technology and outstanding expertise across marketing, procurement, supply chain and sales, they deliver brilliant marketing solutions

Now, looking for someone to join as Assistant Company Secretary, offering support across Corporate Governance, a new role, established from a growth in work load for the business as they have opened more entities, in more countries.

The role:

• Statuatory Filings
• Supporting with organising AGMs and Share Holder Meetings
• You will open, establish and close any new or old entities within the business.
• Entity management
• Offering board support and preperation.
• Attending board meetings, taking minutes and assuring all legal requirements are met
• Advise the board on Corporate Governance issues, compliance and best practice.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Professional Services ready to make a move in-house. Ideally looking for someone with 4+ Years experience in a company secretarial role, with experience in entity management.
