About the Childcare Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for a Childcare Lawyer to join a large local government team operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government and children's trusts.The role is to specifically work as part of a team in the provision childcare on behalf of public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:
- To act as a legal advisor to the client organisations in relation to their Children's social care functions
- Advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the care and protection of children
- To provide legal advice and support services to clients, to liaise with clients and other witnesses and to advise on the appropriate course of action
The role will be a remote working arrangement.
