I have a great role for a dynamic Team Assistant to join at City based Insurance company. The Team Assistant will work closely with two other Assistants, helping to provide support to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a great opportunity for a Team Assistant who is looking to build on their existing skills and experience, working within a collaborative and inclusive environment.The Team Assistant will join on an initial 6 month contract, with the potential to extend or stay permanently. Complex diary management for Senior StakeholdersOrganise all internal and external meetings, booking restaurant and client eventsPrepare meeting reports, presentations and other documents as requiredAssist with travel arrangementsAd hoc project support as and when required
What you’ll need: Previous experience in a similar Team support role
