Administrator - Building Services, Health & Social Care and Art

We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum teams for Building Services, Health and Social Care and Art.

You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management, handling queries and communicating effectively with students and staff across the College.

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases.

You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
