Your role

An opportunity has arisen for a Weekend Receptionist at Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Ltd.

Reporting to the BMW Used Car Sales Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:

• Ensure all customers are welcomed in a friendly manner and their needs identified.
• To control and monitor the telephone system in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure every enquiry is handled and responded to in line with the company and manufacturer targeted guidelines, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent, part-time position, and the hours are alternate weekends.

• Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
• An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop and keep up to date with complex/ technical/product information.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality.
• Team player that offers help and support to others with ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
