Join us at SEA LIFE Scarborough, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors to their underwater adventure!
What you'll be doing:
Your role will be wonderfully varied as you create amazing first impressions at our admissions desk, guiding visitors as they begin their marine adventure. You could be helping excited guests find the perfect memento of their day in our retail shop or ensure everyone has a fantastic time at our Pirate Adventure Golf attraction.
Throughout your day, you'll handle transactions with care and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service. As an essential part of our team, you'll become a fountain of knowledge about our park and attractions, ready to answer questions and enhance our visitors' experience.
These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from February to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible minimum guaranteed hours of 5 per week. Availability of work will vary throughout the season.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have experience in customer service or retail
- Love creating memorable experiences for visitors
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable handling transactions and using ticket/retail systems
- Are available to work weekends, bank holidays, and a minimum of 20 hours during peak times
