A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and resilient Maths Teacher to join a unique alternative provision setting in New Milton. This is a full-time role supporting pupils aged 11 to 16 with a range of special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).The role requires someone with QTS and a passion for making a real difference in the lives of students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

What You'll Be Doing- Delivering creative and engaging Maths lessons adapted to individual learning styles and needs
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in both academic and personal development
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations and clear routines
- Working closely with pastoral and therapeutic staff to ensure a holistic approach to education
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience or interest in SEN or alternative provision
- Someone who is patient, empathetic and consistent in their approach
- A confident classroom leader with strong behaviour management and a passion for maths
