The College is developing in a transformational way, and we are seeking a Facilities Manager to play a vital role in our Journey.

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery of daily operations across the estate. In this position, you will lead and support the grounds and maintenance team and also implement and drive the College’s PPM programme ensuring compliance with statutory obligations across the estate.

You will also be responsible for the computer aided facilities management system, asset management system and statutory obligation dashboard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, strong contract and asset management experience and an understanding of statutory compliance mapping and reporting. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Previous experience of managing and delivering facilities management across a multi-site estate is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality end user experience to students and staff.
