Chef De Partie at Shelby & Co, Birmingham Airport
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.40 per hour!
Shift Pattern: Full-Time, Scheduled between 3 AM and 11 PM.Please note, only candidates who can start work at 3 am will be considered for this role.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Chef De Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Previous experience leading the kitchen team is required.

AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU'LL:
- Lead the kitchen team.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
- Manage, train and assist the fellow Chefs working with you.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team.
