This is an office based QS role, candidates require a great commercial awareness and ideally experience working within the multi utility sector. This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a less mobile role, within a growing midlands region.There will also be opportunities to work on a wide range of projects including taking a step into the renewables market as their EV division grows.

The Person:- Experience within Quantity Surveying function
- Proven industry experience
- Ability to manage relationships with clients
- Ability to work on own initiative and also within a team setting
