To work in Domiciliary care you need to be a driver and have access to a vehicle. You also are required to be proficient in English language and basic IT skills
We are looking for a variety of hours throughout the week and also to be a part of a rota for working every other weekend. Our working hours are 07.00 until 22.00 hours every day of the year

We are looking for caring people to join our amazing team as our service is growing further across the Fylde Coast. We are looking for the RIGHT people to join us who want to support and assist people to live in their own homes for longer.

Duties of the role:

Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors

Experience required:

A vehicle for use is essential in working as a domiciliary care assistant
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient manner
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
