My client is urgently looking for an immediately available experienced Contact Centre Administrator to work in its busy department.

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Working on the Company’s inbox for emails
  • Locating the relevant customers on the system
  • Checking details and verifying
  • Dealing with queries
  • Escalating queries as appropriate
  • Knowledge of MS packages

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
