You will play a key role in delivering ESR related projects such as the implementation of Manager Self-Service, optimising existing system functionalities, and implementing new features and functionality across various departments and teams.

The role of ESR Administrator will include providing training needs and ongoing support to all staff and their use of Self-Service, and working cooperatively and maintaining close working relationships with our other trusts departments.

It is essential that you have excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Whether you’re looking to work with us in one of our bustling market towns, vibrant urban locations, thriving seaside spots, or among the rolling hills of Dorset, there are lots of ways you can make a difference in our communities.
