KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise lessons where the work has already been planned.
• Deliver learning to pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.
• Managing pupils and their commitment to learn with minimal disruption.

• Plan and deliver lessons for varied levels of ability.
• Foster proactive and collaborative teamwork within the school community.
• Embrace adaptability and flexibility in teaching approaches.

• Ideally have your own transport to enable you to get to a variety of schools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or already have experience within a school.
• Good classroom control / behaviour management techniques.
• Enthusiasm and commitment.
• IT literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
