We have a large and well established experienced pastoral team made up principally of a Senior Vice Principal, two Assistant Principals and five non-teaching Heads of Year. This role would be specifically be focused on Key Stage Three with the successful candidate line managing non-teaching Heads of Year.There are effective systems and processes in place across the school for behaviour and culture which provide a strong foundation for the successful candidate to make an impact.
This leadership role is perfect for dynamic, motivating, and exceptional leaders with a proven track record of leadership either in pastoral or curriculum roles.
