Are you looking for a meaningful career change?

If you’re an Adult Registered Clinician ready to apply your expertise in a new and rewarding way, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to step away from hands-on clinical work while making a real impact.

As a Disability Assessor, you will have the choice to work in either Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments or Work Capacity Assessments (WCA). In both roles, you will use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals applying for financial support, evaluating how their condition affects their daily life and ability to work.

This hybrid role allows for a healthy work-life balance, with 50% home-based working and 50% on-site in Barnstaple. Enjoy the stability of structured hours—no shifts, no weekends, and no bank holidays.

To be eligible, you must be an Adult Registered Clinician with:

  • Full and clean registration with the NMC or HCPC
