Location: Great HorwoodSalary: £11.44 - £12.50 (dependant on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Support with various tasks across the production line
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Own reliable transport is essential (due to the location of the site)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
