24 hours per week, rotation of day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual needs
• Support residents with a range of nursing and dementia care requirements
• Administer medication and manage care plans
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding care
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices
• Offer emotional support to residents and their families
