Responsibilities:

• Open the buildings each morning
• Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for clients and their team.
• Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying up communal areas.
• Ensure that the premises are well-stocked with essential supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
• Monitor and report any issues or potential hazards to their team promptly.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings and events.
• Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and maintain a neat storage area.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Build positive relationships with the client's team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support their team with any additional tasks or projects as required.
