• Supporting the Year 4 class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Providing tailored 1:1 and group support for Year 4 pupils
• Contributing to classroom organisation, resource preparation, and lesson activities
• Helping to nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment for Year 4
• Assisting with assessment feedback and tracking pupil progress
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and leadership on pupil interventions

• Graduate with a 2:1 or above (preferably in a core subject)
• Inspired by a future career in education or teaching
• Previous experience working with children aged 7-11 is highly valued
• Enthusiastic, committed, and an excellent communicator
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
• Open to regular CPD and proactive about personal development
