We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as The Estates and Facilities Coordinator!
You will be key in managing premises issues as they arise and overseeing minor works to ensure premises are compliant, fit for purpose and meet the needs of the organisation and the community.
A big part of this role is working closely with all members of the Estates and Environmental Team, providing senior administrative and project support across all aspects of Estate and Facilities Management functions.
This is also a chance to develop your skills by taking responsibility of a small portfolio of projects, with support from the Estates Manager and Facilities Manager.
The Estates and Environmental Team work closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues within Sirona, and across the wider system, to identify estate requirements for current and future service provision. We endeavour to provide safe, modern and fit for purpose estate to meet the needs of our communities across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Main duties of the job
The role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:
- Provide support and assistance to the AD of Estates and Environmental, Estates Manager and Facilities Manager.
- Work closely with the other B5 Estates and Facilities Coordinator to support the B4 and B3 roles.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting the utilisation of the estate so that we can meet our reporting and contractual obligations.
- Monitor the FM contracts in line with the notice periods and provide timely advice with contract renewal negotiations.
- Deputise for the Estates Manager and Facilities Manager and provide cover to the whole team, where appropriate and necessary.
- Assist with contract reviews and projects relating to moves or changes.
- To work with Landlords, Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control and Security teams, to ensure all premises Sirona occupy are fit for purpose, and to escalate any risks and issues appropriately.

Essential criteria- Educated to Diploma Level/NVQ level 4 or equivalent relevant experience
knowledge and skills
Essential criteria- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
- A good level of IT literacy
- Experience of working across multiple organisations and with all levels of hierarchy
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Knowledge of administration procedures and systems
