Procurement Coordinator (Hybrid) needed, £26,178 PA PAYE - Reference: 5257466
This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role is flexible and candidates can base themselves at home. They will need to be able to travel in our operating region. The team currently meet in Andover.
Ideal candidates will already have strong administration/coordinator experience, having worked collaboratively with internal/external customers. They will be keen to use their people skills to build relationships to support the role.- To develop and maintain a comprehensive and reliable contracts register that supports efficient procurement processes and decision-making, in collaboration with the procurement team
- Maintain spend data records to identify and investigate above-limit and off-contract spend, providing analysis to key stakeholders within the business.
- Undertake regular data cleansing, management, and standardisation activities.
- Support preparation of regular reports for internal and external panels or committees in relation to Procurement and Contract activity.
- Assist in the development of supplier and contract management activities to provide a coordinated approach across the functions, departments and parties participating in group-wide arrangements.
- Coordinate and support collaborative working with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to promote wider understanding of Procurement.
- Support the administration of the approved supplier list and effectively collaborate with required stakeholders.
This is a full time role on a 6 months contract basis.
