Job Description
This is a chance to join a Commercial Property team in Birmingham working alongside other lawyers and reporting to experienced solicitors who are committed to learning and development.
It's a supportive environment and the team is very close knit. This would suit somebody who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of support and infrastructure. It could suit a solicitor at an international firm who is looking to work in a slightly smaller team where they can make an impact.
The team has a mixed client base with a bias on occupier work.
You would typically be involved in the full range of property matters including lease renewals, corporate support work and other complex matters such as option disposals.
The firm has an excellent reputation locally for its culture and working environment.
The team typically work 3 days per week in the office.
The Successful Applicant
The team is ideally looking to speak to qualified solicitors with at least years' PQE in commercial property matters.
