What you ll be doing

• Manage all costs in relation to infrastructure projects with experience of identifying commercial risks and opportunities in respect of their works
• Provide support to senior members of team in delivering varied commercial duties including responsibility for procuring and managing supply chain
• Optimise commercial performance through diligent cost control and value for money opportunities whilst achieving the required standards and quality for our customers
• Assist with commercial relationships to both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support and adherence for the Gated Business Lifecycle process
• Use the company s ERP System and BMS systems
• Maintain a Personal Development Plan

• Currently have or working towards a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Experience of infrastructure projects with resilience and determination to succeed
• An organised innovative and creative Quantity Surveyor
• Previous experience of managing costs and maximising value
• Previous experience of financial and commercial control within a project
• Experience of procuring and managing supply chain
• Experience of working as part of commercial teams
• Membership of or working towards RICS
• Proven record of working to deadlines working efficiently and to a high standard
