- Day rate: £500-550 DOE (Inside IR35)
Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a critical SAP IDM migration project within the Cyber Security Team with a client.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Take full control of the SAP IDM migration project, from understanding technical details to working with commercial and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure data security and compliance throughout the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, managing vendor/supplier relationships in a multi-supplier environment.
- Challenge processes and escalate issues when necessary to optimize project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SAP IDM architecture, components, and functionalities.
- Knowledge of data migration processes, including ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading).
- Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
- Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and technologies.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large, complex organisations, adept in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
- High resilience, drive, and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
