This well respected brand has a thriving sales business and is looking for a proven Estate Agent Valuer/ Sales Manager to come in and grow within the business.

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Benefits:

• Strong basic salary of up to £30,000
• Genuine OTE of £45k - £50k

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business
• Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
• Analyse marketing, set and implement plan together with Branch Manager to hit yearly targets.
• Carry out Valuations
• Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
• Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
• Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
• Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
• Vendors / Buyers updates

• Proven background in estate agency
• Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
• Previous experience with estate agency software
• Full UK driving license is essential
