Job Description- - Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Foster and promote the company's values and image internally and externally.
- Use metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary improvements.
- Manage and enhance the company's employer branding initiatives.
- Stay informed of the latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Implement training and development programs for the human resources team.
The Successful Applicant
Must have skills/experience- Significant experience in a talent acquisition role
- Experience working in either housing, property, asset management -ideally have worked with registered providers
- Strong use or linked in recruiter
- Strong overall recruiter
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Align with company values
