Mike Collins Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Person for our busy client.
90% of the position is to speak to current and lapsed clients, follow up on leads that are passed from head office with about 10% of the job being cold calling and outbound sales.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Duties will be: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Follow up on leads passed from head office.Outbound sales and cold calling to generate new business.
Must have previous experience in sales but full training on the products, processes and the computer system will be provided.Must have an excellent standard of Maths as you are required to work out conversions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
