About the role.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our risk and compliance activities by analysing data, generating insights, and ensuring we meet regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for risk & compliance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing actionable insights and helping to enhance our risk and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Generating data sets to support compliance monitoring reviews.
  • Managing compliance dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Risk Reporting:
  • Analysing large datasets from various sources to support risk and compliance activities.
  • Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on risk and compliance Key Risk Indicator (KRI) metrics.
  • Communicating complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and compliance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance risk and compliance frameworks.

About you.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in risk analysis, compliance monitoring or data analytics, preferably in retail or financial services sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
