Team Leader- Commercial Grounds Contracts
Salary: Grade 7 (£29,269-£32,076 Pay Award Pending)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: West Park, Macclesfield (with travel)

Due to internal promotion within the Ansa group of companies we are looking to appoint a Team Leader to manage our Commercial Grounds Maintenance Contracts and Town Ranger Services.The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of our Commercial Grounds contracts. They will provide day-to-day operational management of the teams and liaise effectively with clients to ensure provision of a high-quality service in line with service level agreements.
In order to apply for the role, the ideal candidate will:- Be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
- Be capable of managing a number of small teams in differing locations across the borough.
- Possess the ability to effectively challenge behaviour to drive performance.
- Be proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft office.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative and as an effective member of a team.
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
The post holder must have the ability and willingness to work flexibly and be able to travel across the Borough as and when required.
