About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges. The successful applicant will be confident in supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups, helping to ensure they reach their full potential in the classroom.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEN and behavioural needs on a daily basis.
- Providing tailored, focused support in both individual and group settings.
- Assisting with the development of learning plans and activities to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and providing emotional support as required.
Applicants must be available to work full-time and possess a good understanding of the challenges that students with SEN face.
