As a key player in our team, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, answering questions, and promoting our awesome attractions in our admissions and retail areas. Ever day, you'll help create magical moments and unforgettable experiences.
This is a seasonal role, with a minimum of 5 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is key!
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- A positive attitude with a flair for fun and excitement
- Top-notch communication and upselling skills
- A passion for creating magical guest experiences
