The Role
As an ECT, you will:
- Teach a class in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, with your placement tailored to your strengths and aspirations.
- Create and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Work closely with your parallel class teacher, sharing ideas and planning collaboratively.
- Benefit from a well-structured induction program, supported by a dedicated mentor.
- Contribute to the school's inclusive and supportive learning environment.
