Support Worker
The service aims to increase independence, foster community connections, and develop social networks, helping prevent admissions into long-term residential care or hospital and eventually supporting individuals to move back to their own homes or a less supported environment.
As a Recovery Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to tenants, enabling them to participate in all aspects of everyday life and achieve their outcomes and goals. Your role will involve positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support.You will work within a positive behaviour support framework, accepting responsibility and growing in confidence as a skilled practitioner. This role requires the ability to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
