• Lead the finance team in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Oversee the production of annual budgets and forecasts
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision making
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in the finance team
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering a supportive work environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• On their way to achieving professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues

• A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £47,000 per annum
