Product Operations Manager

We are adding a Product Operations Manager into our multidisciplinary team.

We think this is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager who is looking to apply their Systems/Operations Engineering Experience within in a start-up industry environment, here in London.

Responsibilities- Establish Systems, Processes, Documentation, and Tooling that enable effective Product Operations in the application of our Spatial Proteomic Technology
- Manage a highly-effective team of Product Operators.
- Facilitate continuous, effective Product Development, by:
- curating a culture of mastery, observation, and feedback from Product Operators
- synthesis and communication of actionable improvements to product development engineers
- Proactively contributing to a positive, enthusiastic, collaborative engineering culture
Requirements
Must haves- 3-4+ years of technical management experience
- Educational background in STEM
- High Aptitude for thinking in systems and process engineering
- Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Experience in Biotechnology / BioPharma
- Previous start-up experience
- Experience establishing new teams
- Experience setting up on-call rotas

The location for this role will be in person daily at our research facilities in central London.
