Role Purpose:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and expanding team dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for all system-related inquiries, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.Your role will involve triaging issues, fulfilling service requests, and managing user accounts, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Responsibilities:
Being a part of our amazing team at Co-op Live, this role will involve working primarily across our event’s therefore day shift and evening cover is essential. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide event day support to all users of our Co-op Live Teams.This includes Internal users, Clients and Third Parties, ensuring all issues are dealt with on a priority basis. This would include supporting & monitoring network infrastructure, access control, digital signage, CCTV and Server environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop, work alongside an ambitious team and has an appetite to establish themselves within Co-op Live.
Providing the biggest live entertainment in the UK, this role is working onsite 5 days out of 7 per week and this will include weekend working.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
We would really like to hear from you, should you have the following experience –- Worked as part of a service desk
- Network and firewall experience
- Relevant IT Qualification / Experience
- Experience of management Windows server environments
- Strong communication skills
