Our client is currently seeking a talented Construction Solicitor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Job Description: They are looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to manage a variety of construction-related legal matters. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of construction law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and associated documents.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Stay abreast of changes in construction law and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure holistic legal support.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of NQ - 2 years of experience in construction law.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC.
• Proven experience in handling construction disputes and litigation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
