Job Description
The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;- Acting on M & A, private equity, reorganisation and capital markets
- Lead the corporate legal team, inspiring and developing team members.
- Act for a range of clients from major corporates to listed companies
- Deal with national and international work
- Take an active role in business development and work generation activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Legal Director should have:
- Corporate experience gained from a large regional, national or international law firm
- Strong academics
- Ties to Leeds
- Experience on M & A and private equity work
- Likely to be around 8 years plus PQE
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £120,000 per year.
- Private health care benefits.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days.
- Pension contribution of 5%.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Bonus scheme of up to 30%.
