The Trust is looking to recruit a Senior Business and Performance Manager to help improve quality and performance across the organisation as part of our ambitious improvement journey, working closely with community and mental health services across Norfolk and Suffolk.The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that data and information is not only of high quality but actively used to measure performance and provide effective services that improve clinical outcomes and services for patients.
With robust skills in analysing and interpreting information, the post holders will work with senior operational and clinical leaders to enable continuous improvement.
Main duties of the job
This role is responsible for ensuring that data and information is used to ensure all our services are consistently high quality, safe and effective. The post holder is expected to establish and maintain relationships which enable NSFT to operate focused on improving clinical outcomes and services for patients.
The Senior Business and Performance Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of operational performance reporting, and performance improvement across our clinical care groups. Ensuring that this can be evidenced and driving the improvement and performance of our Trust.
The post holder will have oversight responsibility for key service improvements relating to analysing data and presenting information in a format that is easily accessible to multiple audiences. Working to bring together local analysis in to one Trust view as appropriate.Analysing and interpreting benchmarking information to support senior operational and clinical leaders to seek continuous improvement.
