This program, which includes Speech & Language therapy, Occupational therapy, and exciting outdoor activities like swimming, bike riding, rock climbing, and trampolining, has been running for 13 years with amazing success.With your support, you'll be part of a life-changing journey that has already seen our young hero progress from being non-verbal and hyperactive to now speaking over 100 words, staying calm, and following instructions.No Experience? No Problem!
If you're new to the field but are driven to learn and grow, we provide full, in-depth professional training. We welcome freshers and those with prior experience alike.Role Details:
- Part-time: 10–25 hours per week
- Flexible Schedule: Choose the days and hours that work best for you!What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Understanding or awareness of Autism
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive attitude toward feedback
- Quick learner with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to challengesDesirable (but not required):
- Experience with Verbal Behavior (VB) or Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Intensive Interaction or other autism therapies
- Previous support/care work or teaching assistance experienceReady to Make a Difference?
