- Study and complete your core financial planning qualifications (CII Diploma in Financial Planning) whilst working in a regional office in supporting the delivery of client service
- Learn the financial planning process and how this is applied in the profession to client specific circumstances;
- Be able to obtain relevant information from providers in order to assist an understanding a client's affairs.
- Learn about the possible solutions that can assist our clients;
- Learn how to use client management software and systems in order to prepare and keep records of our client advice
- Learn about the consumer duty responsibilities, compliance and regulatory aspects of the profession you must adhere to
- Research and write reports with your own solutions and ideas to meet client circumstances; and
- Provide ongoing assistance to the financial planner or regional teams with delivery of all parts of client service and support For your final two years of your training you will study and complete your advanced financial planning qualifications to become a chartered financial planner whilst striving to build your skillset.
You will be expected to take responsibility for creation and presentation of client solutions whilst ensuring that we keep to stated deadlines providing the best client service in a compliant manner.
