They are looking for a dedicated Employment Solicitor who is wanting to join a close-knit Litigation team and gain invaluable experience with running your own Employment caseload whilst working under a Legal 500 recognised Head of Department.
Within this role, you will be working on both contentious and non-contentious matters including:
Unfair dismissalDiscrimination claims
Working time claims
Contractual disputes
Grievances and disciplinaries
Flexible working request
Redundancy and restructure
Restrictive Covenants
