We are seeking an experienced EYFS/KS1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Year 1 pupil in Lancaster. This role involves working closely with a child who requires speech and language assistance, as well as personal care support.

• Role: One-to-One Teaching Assistant (EYFS/KS1)
• Hours: Full-time/Part-time options available

• Provide tailored support to a Year 1 pupil, focusing on speech and language development
• Assist with personal care needs (including changing nappies)
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalized learning plans

• Experience working with EYFS/KS1 children, particularly in a one-to-one setting
• Knowledge of speech and language strategies is essential
