ResponsibilitiesAssist the HR Business Partner in executing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Facilitate employee training sessions and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Help manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the resolution of employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: 27.00
