Hackney - LSA - ASAP Start

Learning Support Assistant needed to start ASAP at a welcoming and diverse primary school in Hackney.

This is your chance to make a real impact to children's lives, joining a team of likeminded and committed support staff as a Learning Support Assistant.

Working full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) as an LSA, you will be:

Supporting non-verbal children with Speech and Language activities
Delivering various interventions and monitoring key children's progress, both 1:1 and in small groups
Ensuring a safe, supportive and positive learning environment where each child is able to thrive - personally, socially and academically
Providing support for children with SEND to reach their full potential and access the full curriculum
Supporting children with EHCPs and IEPs to help them to reach their targets and objectives

As this Learning Support Assistant position is long-term to last until the end of the academic year, you will see how your key children progress and the development they make across the school year, making it a very rewarding role knowing you've contributed and made a difference!
