Caretaker
Glebe Primary School Harrow
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. This is a hands‑on role requiring practical skills, good organisation and a reasonable level of fitness.
Saturday/ Sunday and some evening availability is required at times to support school lettings.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Premises Manager with site security, maintenance and cleanliness
- Open and close the school and ensure the site is safe each day
- Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, decoration and grounds duties
- Set up and clear the dining hall for lunch service
- Support school lettings, including Saturday availability
- Monitor cleaning standards and liaise with contractors
- Assist with Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments
- Provide support during school events to ensure site safety
We are looking for someone who:

Working hours are 36 hours a week, Mon-Fri between 12:15pm - 6:15pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch break and Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm
