Customer Supply Coordinator

A leading food business based in Warrington are looking for a Customer Supply Coordinator to join their team. As Customer Supply Coordinator you will be accountable for end-to-end customer order management, and the clear effective communication and resolution of service-related queries.
To be successful in this role you will have a customer centric mindset with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
About the role:
- Accurately capture and process orders in a timely manner
- Strategically allocate stock across warehouses to maximise availability and delight customers
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to release orders, meet lead times, and proactively handle any issues
- Tackle non-conforming deliveries head-on, ensuring stock is promptly returned and ready for action
- Work closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to solve challenges and drive success together
- Keep customers informed of any changes, own and resolve issues, and elevate their experience with clear and proactive communication
- Quickly and effectively resolve queries, ensuring a smooth experience every time
- Generate and analyse data and KPIs to monitor performance, resolve issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring:
- Experience in fast-moving customer service and logistics operations
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve agreed customer service levels or team objectives
- Experience working in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Experience with MRP
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Excel skills - Pivot tables, V-Look ups etc
